You may return your purchase free of charge within 30 days from the day you receive your order.

Conditions for return
Returned items must be in new, unworn condition and include all original accessories and packaging. Please return the item with its original Artysani packaging, labels, hangtags, and all included accessories. Ensure that all original seals remain intact. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning.

Returned items are inspected upon arrival. If an item does not meet the return conditions, the return will not be accepted and the item will be returned to the customer after shipping costs have been paid by the customer.

After we have received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
